Ordering from Fill My Space


How do I personalise the product?

It couldn’t be simpler: choose your products from our collection of the weird and wonderful then follow the simple checkout process on the website. On each individual product listing, you’ll be asked to type in your personalised message. You’ll have a certain amount of lines available, each with a maximum character limit (including spaces): plenty of room to display your personal note. You can welcome someone to a new home, wish them a happy birthday or anything else your heart desires. The beauty of Fill My Space's gifts is that each product can be perfectly tailored to the occasion, no matter what it is.

Do I need to fill in all the fields on the product options form?

Complete only the fields you want to personalise. If you do not personalise a field, simply leave empty - For example, if you don't wish text to have text printed on the reverse of a t-shirt; you'd only complete the box for the front personalised text and leave the back personalised text box empty. Please note that the entries are not checked for spelling and meaning. Answers such as "I don't know" or spelling errors will be replicated exactly on the products. We accept no liability for inaccuracies.

How much does a personalised product cost?

The price of a personalised product depends on the chosen product itself plus the cost of any add-ons (e.g. having text on front as well as back). All of our pricing information can be found in the description for each product directly under the product image and purchase options. However, we do always try to keep our pricing competitive and affordable without losing the high quality products we always provide.

I've found a similar product for a cheaper price?

Each Fill My Space product is custom made individually according to your order, with your chosen colours and your personalised details. This means that each personalised item takes a huge amount of time and effort from our experienced team to get it perfectly finished - The main difference between us and other companies is that we take the time to personally check each order before processing and spend as much time as needed to ensure your product is just as requested. And most importantly, we produce exclusively in the United Kingdom.

How can I pay for my choosen products?

We offer you several means of payment:

Debit/Credit Card: We can accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Discover and Solo. Through a 128-bit SSL encryption we ensure the highest security for your data. Note: We are able to take payment via telephone if for any reason this is preferred or you are unable to access our online payment system.

PayPal: PayPal offers among other things the possibility of paying your order by direct debit.

Safety notice regarding all forms of payment: Your personal payment information is not stored. Using an SSL encryption we provide maximum security for the transmission of your data. Fill My Space meets the safety standard of the credit card industry (PCI DSS). We are committed to meeting the highest requirements for data security and delivery.

Delivery and Aftersales


How are the products packaged for posting?

All of the products sent are sealed in an envelope, box or postal tube so that the contents stay in place. We make sure they are packaged safely and securley to ensure that the items inside receive no damage while it transit. For further information visit our Delivery Information page.

How will my Fill My Space  product be delivered?

All orders will be delivered by our chosen delivery service, this is usually Royal Mail or an appointed courier (Mon-Sat). For information on shipping costs and time, see our Delivery Information page.

Can I have my Fill My Space  product delivered to another address?

The delivery address can be different from the billing address, simply enter a seperate delivery address at the checkout. For further information on shipping options please visit our Delivery Information page.

How can I complain about my Fill My Space product?

In the case of a complaint, please send an email to with an exact description of the image and if possible photos or scans. We will then contact you with further details on the procedure to follow. Please refer to our terms and conditions for futher details.

What happens to the personalisation data collected by Fill My Space?

The information that you enter in the personalisation form during the ordering process will be used exclusively for the creation of your product.
